Five For Friday

It is that time again!!  We are linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching to share five random events or interesting findings of our week.

#1 Coming soon...  We are planning on doing a summer linky party on Wednesdays.  We are going to call it "Wednesday Wisdom".  Everyone is welcome to contribute.  We were discussing how we needed a little motivation to post about educational related topics this summer and came up with some topics for each Wednesday.  We thought we would go ahead and share the topics we have scheduled for June & July.  We kind of wanted a series that teachers outside of the sellers community would enjoy and find useful.  It focuses a lot on tips and tricks of the teaching trade for the classroom.  We have been working on a button.  Let us know what you think.

#2  Do you notice something different?  Look at our new blog design!!  We are super excited to have a new look.  Stephany and I went through and laughed hysterically as we read some of our labels that we had on the side.  We are currently working on organizing them and relabeling some of our posts.  We hope to get that finished soon to help our followers find posts and information quickly.

#3  Today, I took my boys to the Children's Museum.  We had so much fun.  My friend and I took our kids and let them discover, learn, and most of all have fun!!

#4- Stephany got some great deals at Hobby Lobby...I think teachers spend all summer shopping!  Who else is redoing a room or two in their house this summer?  Here are some of her goodies that she picked up for her new spare room.  The fabric is the sham that was the inspiration for the color scheme. 

#5- Kathi took her family to Disney last week!  They had so much fun!  I am totally jealous and can't wait to take my boys when they are older!
